I have been visiting here for almost 3 years for nail services and will never go to another salon! Kim is the best nail tech and always does such an amazing job. A truly talented artist and kind woman. She remembers what shape I like and adds the cutest details. 10/10 highly recommend.

I showed them a picture and they were able to do it, it came out beautiful. I’m really happy with them. The guy did my nails. I seem to always get the one male nail tech when I go to get my nails done, not complaining tho, i find that the men are really good at nails. Like really good. I could tell that they were in a rush, but they were done efficiently and quickly. I asked about four times if they could go back and make the nails thinner, which sometimes they get annoyed about but they did it no problem. I payed 95 for these which I expected. Only thing I would complain about was they kind of rushed to get me out of there and I was really hoping for like the lotion hand massage or at least to put oil on my nails so they look cute when I take a picture afterwards. But other than that, it was great I would go back for sure especially if they’re not super busy

I have been going to Kim and her husband, Phong for my nails since 2016. She has been consistent and reliable, she is good company, and cares about me and her customers. When she sold Silver Nails and moved to Professional Nails, there was NO question I would follow them. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Professional Nails and Spa for months now and LOVE them. They’re by far the best nail salon in Whatcom County and I’ve tried A LOT of different salons. I always love how my nails turn out after getting them done. Every other salon I’ve gone to my nails would break super easily and for as long as I’ve gone here, my nails never break off. On top of all the good things I have to say about Professional Nails… Everyone that works here is super welcoming and friendly:)
